About Us

Cincinnati Precision Grinding (CPG) was founded by Don Weber, a 35-year veteran in the centerless grinding industry. CPG started off as a service provider for legacy centerless grinder machines, but through its technology partnership with Sri Laven, the company has developed high precision CNC centerless grinders and is working on more advanced CNC machines. Bruce Dibble, the sales director at CPG, brings over 24 years of experience in sales and marketing, including positions as Director of North American Sales and Market Sales Manager. Together, Don and Bruce provide a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of precision machining and CNC centerless grinding.
